Betty Turner is a member and angel investor of 3G Hospitality. Her investment reflects a deep belief in the vision, experience, and leadership of her daughter, Nancy Henson, and granddaughter, Victoria Gauthier, as they pursue their dream of building a family-owned hospitality company.

Although Betty takes a hands-off approach to the company's day-to-day operations, her confidence in Nancy's financial expertise and Victoria's hospitality leadership provides an invaluable foundation for the business. She believes the strongest family partnerships are built on trust, empowering each person to contribute where they excel while offering encouragement every step of the way.

As a retired professional, Betty serves as a steadfast supporter of 3G Hospitality's long-term mission. Nancy Henson | Co-Founder, Financial Strategy & Asset Management

Nancy Henson is a founding member and brings more than 40 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and property management to 3G Hospitality. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for financial stewardship, sound judgment, and a disciplined approach to managing complex business operations.

Her extensive experience in budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and real estate administration provides the financial foundation that supports every acquisition and investment decision made by the company. Nancy's attention to detail and commitment to responsible growth help ensure that each property is managed with long-term sustainability in mind.

As a founding member of 3G Hospitality, Nancy combines decades of professional experience with a genuine passion for family business, believing that financial success is built through thoughtful planning, responsible leadership, and lasting relationships.

Victoria Gauthier | President, Founder, Managing Member

Victoria Gauthier is the visionary behind 3G Hospitality and brings more than two decades of experience in hospitality and property management. Over the past 20+ years, she has built a career centered on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and creating welcoming spaces where people feel genuinely cared for.

As a hotel General Manager for the past 10 years, Victoria has led daily operations, developed high-performing teams, managed budgets and capital improvements, and implemented revenue strategies that strengthen both guest experiences and business performance. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, accountability, and the belief that exceptional hospitality begins with taking care of people—guests, employees, and partners alike.

Victoria founded 3G Hospitality with a vision of building a family-owned company that acquires and operates distinctive lodging properties while preserving the character of each destination. She is passionate about transforming hotels into places where memorable experiences are created, communities are supported, and long-term value is built for future generations.
